What to expect.
Each class is carefully programmed to progress through a logical sequence of movements, targeting the deep stabilising muscles of the core, glutes, and posterior chain. Hattie incorporates props such as resistance bands, Pilates circles, and small balls to add variety and intensity. Her clear, confident cueing means participants always know what to do and why they're doing it. Sessions are suitable for all levels, with layered progressions and regressions built into every exercise so that newcomers and seasoned practitioners train side by side.
