Discipline overview.
Hattie's LBT classes focus on strengthening and toning the lower body and core through targeted, controlled resistance work. Sessions are designed to isolate the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and abdominals using a combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, dumbbells, and ankle weights. Her approach balances intensity with accessibility, creating classes that feel challenging without being intimidating. Hattie's upbeat energy keeps the room motivated through those final, muscle-burning reps where the real results happen.

What to expect.
Each session follows a structured programme that moves methodically through the lower body and core muscle groups.
