Hattie's Circuit Training classes are built to work hard and move fast. Sessions combine strength, cardio, and conditioning exercises across timed stations, delivering a full-body workout that keeps heart rates elevated throughout. What to expect.
Each class is structured around a series of exercise stations with timed work and rest intervals. Hattie uses a mix of free weights, kettlebells, resistance bands, bodyweight movements, and cardio bursts to keep sessions dynamic and engaging. Every circuit is programmed with purpose: movements are paired to maximise output and minimise unnecessary fatigue. Clear demonstrations and confident cueing mean participants can jump in without hesitation, and Hattie always provides scaled options so that beginners and advanced members train effectively in the same session.
