What length of classes do you teach?

30 to 60 minutes.

Where are you able to teach classes?

I currently live in Cheltenham and can travel within a 30 minute radius.

What rates do you charge to teach a class?

I have variable rates dependant on the length of class. Please send me a message to discuss.

What experience do you have leading classes?

I have been teaching classes across a variety of formats for independant studios, luxury gyms like David Lloyd, and the prestigious Cheltenham Ladies College school.
